Shipping Coverage

Currently, Gemclusters ships only within India.
We deliver to most cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes across the country through reliable courier partners.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized gemstone jewellery or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer.

Orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹5,000.

  • For orders below ₹5,000, a shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹5,000, depending on the serviceability of the delivery location.

  • Gemclusters reserves the right to confirm COD orders via phone or email before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Gemclusters ships orders through trusted courier service providers to ensure safe and secure delivery. All shipments are trackable, and customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. Gemclusters will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
